ARDC Defense - Having tried multiple cases before the Hearing Board of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (“ARDC”), brought and defended appeals before the ARDC Review Board and briefed matters before the Illinois Supreme Court, Ellis Legal is uniquely qualified to defend lawyers in ARDC investigations and prosecutions. Ellis Legal represents Respondents from assisting with the written response to an initial investigation letter from the ARDC to, if necessary, trial and appeal.
